Can I send documents before the meeting?
Yes, and it helps. Photograph the key documents clearly and send them on WhatsApp to +977 9856032228, or email them to acharyagita40@gmail.com. For land matters, the ownership certificate (लालपुर्जा) and the tax receipt are the most useful two.
What are the office hours?
Sunday to Thursday 10:00–17:00, Friday 10:00–15:00, closed Saturday. Court hearings take up part of most mornings, so an appointment avoids waiting. Urgent matters such as an arrest or an imminent land transfer are handled as they arise.
Is there parking or public transport nearby?
The office is at Mustang Chowk in central Pokhara-7, on public transport routes through the city centre. Use the Google Maps link on this page for turn-by-turn directions, and call if you cannot find the entrance.
